Lousy Day part 2

Hey, as promised, here is the complain of the lousy day part 2~

I have ordered 100pcs of jackets for my other department. They were meant to be given to big shots. They are not cheap.. About $55 bucks for reversible jackets with 2 embroideries on each side. As we are doing this small quantity, so we are prepared to be chopped by the clothing manufacturer. Well, fine, since my ex-MD wants it. Well, the problem came when they start sending me the sample for the embroidery. Obviously they did not check their work properly before sending it to me for check. One had words overlaying one another and the other was basically dancing (the stitches). The sales who closed the deal was "sooooo busy" to meet me to know what were my requirements. So I had to scan, print, highlight what are the problems and then fax to the factory. After the 2nd sample was sent and rejected again, she called me and said I had high requirements which cannot be done by embroidery. She was saying "if you are like that, you have to take printing".. That was STEAM ONE~

After the final sample of embroidery was approved, I asked what was the timeline she needed. She said one week (working days). It was fine with me but I asked that it you would be better if they could send earlier. She was like "try la try la". I told her the whole delivery date was already delayed due to the low standard of the embroidery. She shot me back with "no, it was not our problem, it was not due to our low standard. It was due to your requirement." STEAM TWO~

I checked during the early of the week that the delivery was supposed to come, she said not possible due to the 2-sided fabric to be sewn together. I explained that we need some by Friday as we had a launch. She was like "oh, i will go back ask the factory to sew 20pcs for you and give you on Friday." That was nice of her BUT NOTHING CAME ON FRIDAY. STEAM THREE~

Called her on the following Monday morning. She claimed that she did not promise to send me the 20 jackets and the factory could not do it on time. Asked why she did not inform me beforehand, she wailed that she was on urgent leave, asked why she did not have anyone to cover her jobs, she turned to talk about other things like "is my cheque ready?" Faint~ STEAM FOUR~

On Tuesday, the jackets arrvied. Did a simple calculation, and there were only 99pcs. Come on, the numbers were written on the outside of the 2 boxes. The poor uncle and I had to count every pc in the boxes and when the uncle called the factory to check, they said they found one more pc!?! #@$#%^$^&$%@#$ The best thing is that when I checked the enbroidery, there was an even bigger problem with the stitches! The fabric was not pulled properly before sewing, thus it was super ugly at the stitches.. Some had 3 lines of stitches instead of 2. Some had lines of stitches was doubly sewn, and it was worse done by secondary home econ students!! The zip was not properly covered by the fabric.. In the end, only 39 pcs were accepted, which meant 61-1 pcs were rejected. I tried to call the sales ger, but in the end, her colleague called me back to tell me she was busy and after explaining the case, she called me to inform me the sales ger would come down to see me. Then after some times, the delivery uncle appeared in front of my desk again. I told him that the ger was coming to see me and he explained that she was too busy and was asked to pick up the jackets. And she wanted to collect all the jackets back!! After an heated argument on the phone with her, she finally agreed to take back the rejected jackets only.

Today is Thursday already. She did not bother to call me at all to update me the status of the rejected jackets. Only when i gave her 2 missed calls, she then called me. Asked her how to settle the rejected jackets, she briefly said they were working on it and quickly double confirmed that the cheque would be ready by tomorrow. When asked when can I get the jackets, she replied tomorrow when my cheque is ready. Faint... Hope I dun get a heart attack when i see the jackets tomorrow.. Sigh.. Wonder why i get her in the first place? Sigh...
